Just found out about you & am quite excited as I've just completed the construction of my 2nd cold frame(green house) after using low hoops for a yr.! These required too much back bending for me! At this time There are about 200 lettuces growing. Please advise what you are planting or can plant now, would really appreciate that info. I'm not certified either, use no thing but natural methods to grow
Many Thanks,
David Collett

I wish the slide show would slow down. I'm disabled and were bifocals and can't read fast enough the small print. I'd really like to learn more about this way of life. I'm very intrigued by it.

i watched some doc, about bio technology and our poison food supply in the us and i was disgusted knowing i have ingested it and worse i have fed this to my family and i fear a lot of our health problems are due to this toxic food it makes me feel hopeless not having the power to change it.wondering how many people are ignorant to the severity of this crisis just like i was, wondering as i walk through the grocery store what i should choose and what food is safe to eat and there is no label with a warning saying genetically altered BEWARE! POISON,MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION! I am not a radical or an alarmist just human, just a mom and just plain scared.this information needs to be more widely talked about and we need to sound the alarms so everyone will be informed and have choices they are right we vote 3x a day with a fork.

Chris,

I just viewed your 'We three' piece and found it to be very emotionally evocative. I work for Battelle, a global science & technology R&D organization. As the individuals (or at least one of the individuals) featured in this piece are related to a former Battelle staff member, I would like to post this on Battelle's internal website. I have written about the tornadoes' impact on members of Battelle's Huntsville, AL, office and am now doing a follow up article. Your video would be posted along with my update. I will credit you, of course. Is this ok with you?

Thanks,

Consider this:
Rather than taking Kentucky cattle out of state to the finishing feed lots, and slaughter, keep cattle on the individual farm using mobile slaughter units.
This would be Kentucky produce beef from the farms to the fork at a higher rate of prophet to the coops.
